Jens Hillenkötter is Executive Vice President of Unmanned Aircraft Systems & Counter-UAS at VANEA Defense and is one of the leading experts in C-UAS analysis and the deployment of drone swarms.

As chair of the ISO Counter-UAS expert committee, a member of the DIN Counter-UAS Systems expert committee, and chair of the DIN Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems (Operations/Personnel) committee, he plays a key role in the development of new norms and standards. As the lead project manager at ISO, he is also instrumental in the development of the first international standards for drone swarms.

In addition to his position at VANEA Defence, Jens Hillenkötter is a partner at the management consulting firm C-UAS Partners GmbH. He also serves as an expert consultant for security agencies, insurance companies, and institutions, as well as a keynote speaker and lecturer.
