Our motto: Only those who fly can win.
No concept paper, no theory—in the end, every solution has to prove itself in the air.
What's it all about?
From transportation and logistics to agriculture and surveying, to explosive ordnance detection, disaster response, and pest control—the applications for drones are limitless. We don’t dictate categories. Whether it’s your own idea or one of the major challenges of our time: Submit something that truly makes a difference.
Open to everyone: startups, companies, corporations, research institutions, government agencies, and individuals—from all over Europe, not just the EU. Solutions in the defense and dual-use sectors are also expressly welcome.
What really matters is what gets evaluated
A high-caliber, cross-sector jury evaluates each submission based on:
The Drone Days Mission is the European Drone Challenge.
We invite you to be a part of it—with a solution that does more than just impress: one that truly makes a difference. With your expertise, your idea, your mission.
Drone Days thrives on people who make a difference. Through the Drone Days Mission, we provide a platform for this energy—for solutions that truly move Europe forward, both socially and economically. It’s not the most impressive technology that wins, but the one that offers the greatest benefit. I’m truly looking forward to your ideas, your courage, and your mission.
