As a nonprofit association, it represents the interests of its members—manufacturers, operators, service providers, and research institutions—in dealings with policymakers, government agencies, and standards-setting bodies, and is committed to the safe integration of unmanned systems into airspace. The association monitors the development of standards and regulations at the national and European levels and serves as an important voice for the industry.
