Brief Biography of Andreas Heyer

Andreas Heyer has served as Chairman of the Management Board of WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH since 2009. The 64-year-old oversees the Business Development & Commercial Services division, which encompasses corporate services and location development, business acquisition and projects, international affairs, real estate, construction and development, transformation projects, and corporate investments, as well as controlling, accounting, and human resources. Prior to that, Andreas Heyer served as Spokesman for the Management Board of HannoverImpuls GmbH starting in 2003. From 2000 to 2003, he worked as Director of Corporate Clients at Sparkasse Hannover, and before that held a management position at Norddeutsche Landesbank Hannover.
