Saskia Wegge is the Managing Director of BAB Beteiligungs- und Managementgesellschaft Bremen—the investment arm of BAB—the Development Bank for Bremen & Bremerhaven. She has both many years of experience in the private venture capital sector and extensive expertise as a public investor. In her current role, she works with a team of five to invest in startups and SMEs from Bremen across a broad range of industries and supports them as they continue to grow. In addition, she oversees BAB’s anchor investment in the Capnamic Bremen Fund.
