After earning a part-time degree as a State-Certified Business Administrator in Osnabrück, Olaf Bethke worked as a project manager for prototype body parts in the automotive industry before turning his attention to plastics processing as a project manager for container manufacturing and foam processing.

Since 2023, he has been a sales representative on the sales team for the D/A/CH region at Peli Products GmbH, the global market leader in plastic transport and storage containers.
