Maximilian Beck is a drone regulatory officer for the special category at the State of Lower Saxony. Since 2015, he has been providing technical and scientific expertise on legal developments in unmanned aviation and serves on several expert committees.

He earned a master’s degree in public management from Harz University of Applied Sciences. Even while he was a student, his focus was on the legal framework for drones. He has published several scholarly articles on the subject.
