Rolf Henke is a German engineer, a professor at RWTH Aachen University, and an aviation consultant.

Since February 2021, Henke has served as the “Aviation Coordinator” for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.

Previously, he served as Executive Director of Aviation at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and as President of the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics – Lilienthal-Oberth e.V. (DGLR).
