Drone Days and the town of Hatten—they go hand in hand. After all, the Oldenburg Hatten Airfield, home to the Hatten-UAS German Flight Center, is the heart of Drone Days when it comes to hands-on testing, flight demonstrations, and direct discussions about drone technologies.
We are all the more delighted that Mayor Guido Heinisch will also be addressing our guests at Drone Days 2026. Heinisch has been leading the municipality of Hatten since November 1, 2021. Before his election as mayor, he spent 36 years in various roles at the Federal Customs Administration—including as a press spokesperson, auditor, and part-time lecturer. A native of East Frisia, he studied in Münster and graduated with a degree in public finance.
Drone Days 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at Bremen Airport and Oldenburg Hatten Airfield.
